Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and manage bots and automated processes in Blue Prism.
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve RPA solutions and deployment plans.
- Monitor robot performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement fixes and upgrades.
- Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and provide end-to-end and second-level support.
- Maintain process documentation, training manuals, change records, and troubleshooting information.
- Prepare service-delivery KPIs, reports, and process-improvement insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, country teams, and users on automation and control-related matters.
- Support security, compliance, change-management, user-support, and periodic automation-review activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or IT, with BSc IT specified in the role description.
- Freshers are welcome, with preference for 2024 or 2025 graduates; candidates with backlogs are not eligible.
- Basic knowledge of RPA and software development experience or knowledge of RPA tools.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and SQL.
- Knowledge of UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is advantageous.
- RPA certification is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, learning, and attention-to-detail skills.
