Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create, automate, and execute software validation test cases and scenarios.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and functional teams.
- Capture client clarifications, gather feedback, respond to customer requests, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and complete assigned certifications.
Requirements
- Oracle SQL is a mandatory skill.
- Ability to understand software requirements, systems flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop software, analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to design and execute test cases and support software validation.
- Ability to document solutions, prepare reports, and communicate project status clearly.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, current best practices, and relevant skills through training.
