Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAP Business Data Cloud solutions, scalable data products, integration pipelines, and semantic models.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources and optimize ingestion, transformation, governance, and performance.
- Develop SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, applications, planning models, executive reports, KPI scorecards, and self-service analytics.
- Build planning, forecasting, budgeting, and predictive analytics capabilities and integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP Business Data Cloud, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and external sources.
- Implement security frameworks, user roles, and data access controls while optimizing report performance and usability.
- Gather analytics requirements, contribute to architecture reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support SAP transformation initiatives, data migration, reconciliation, parallel-run strategies, and production support, including off-hours coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation, lifecycle management, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and deploying SAP Business Technology Platform solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience designing cloud-based enterprise solutions using RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP Data Intelligence and SAP Integration Suite for enterprise integration and orchestration.
- Preferred experience includes SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, enterprise data architecture, SQL, and large-scale analytics optimization.
- Preferred experience includes SAP and non-SAP integrations, cloud-native and container platforms, microservices, API-first solutions, SAP migrations, SAC Planning, financial services, and relevant SAP certifications.
- Ability to lead technology delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and support scalable, governed analytics solutions.
