Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of reconciliation platforms and enterprise applications.
- Design and enhance reconciliations using FIS IntelliMatch and Frontier, including matching rules, tolerance thresholds, and exception workflows.
- Modernize legacy systems into cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Work on Agentic AI and automation for reconciliation workflows.
- Review complex technology solutions and resolve technical issues with internal experts and external industry groups.
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor.
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, React JS, and microservices.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as FIS IntelliMatch or Trintech Frontier.
- At least 3 years of database experience, including query optimization, with systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
- Experience with IntelliMatch or Frontier data models, matching engines, and reconciliation workflows is preferred.
- Experience with financial services or banking applications, financial data pipelines, reconciliation processes, and regulatory reporting is preferred.
- Experience with legacy-to-microservices transformation, cloud-native design, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD tools, SSIS, and SSRS is preferred.
- Familiarity with GenAI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, and testing frameworks is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Agile experience and strong communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills are preferred.
