Responsibilities
- Design, build, modify, and maintain durable automated testing frameworks.
- Create reliable functional test automation and integrate it with Jenkins or Harness.
- Provide automation execution support, including triage, refactoring, and CI onboarding.
- Review automated test code for adherence to quality standards.
- Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and strategy across multiple methodologies.
- Document defects, execute test plans, provide manual testing when needed, and support debugging.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, product, architecture, and release management teams.
- Mentor team members and provide quality engineering leadership.
- Research and implement new automation technologies, including AI-assisted testing capabilities.
- Improve automation coverage, test stability, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/SDET experience.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, Node.js, Mocha, and Cucumber.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, GenAI, AI/ML, advanced automation augmentation tools, JIRA, Xray, qTest, and Allure Reports.
- Familiarity with AngularJS and modern web frameworks.
- Experience testing enterprise business platforms such as Workday and SAP.
