Responsibilities

  • Design, build, modify, and maintain durable automated testing frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing with Jenkins or Harness and support CI onboarding.
  • Create reliable functional test automation, provide execution support, triage failures, and refactor tests.
  • Review automated test code and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and strategies across multiple testing methodologies.
  • Document defects, execute test plans, provide manual testing when needed, and support debugging.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, product, architecture, and release management teams.
  • Mentor team members and provide quality engineering leadership.
  • Research and implement new automation technologies and improve automation coverage, stability, and quality metrics.
  • Participate in project estimation and planning when required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of QA/SDET experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with Jenkins or Harness for CI/CD integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
  • Preferred familiarity with AngularJS and modern web frameworks.
  • Preferred experience with GenAI, AI/ML, and advanced automation augmentation tools.
  • Preferred experience with JIRA, Xray, qTest, and Allure Reports.
  • Preferred experience testing enterprise business platforms such as Workday and SAP.
