Responsibilities
- Validate FSA application functionality across desktop, web, cloud-connected, and integrated system environments.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, API, and data validation testing.
- Verify cloud adaptation and migration activities during platform and framework transitions.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, product, and DevOps teams on defect detection and resolution.
- Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
- Track defects through their lifecycle, perform root-cause analysis, and validate fixes.
- Support customer validation, release verification, and production issue investigations.
- Improve test strategies and quality processes through risk analysis and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing of desktop, web, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Experience testing REST APIs with Postman or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience with defect management and Agile project management tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality validation in automated release processes.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret logs, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams.
- Preferred experience includes cloud-hosted application validation, cloud migration, performance testing, security testing, reliability testing, API automation, and .NET desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, automated quality gates, software compliance, vulnerability validation, release certification, and AI-assisted testing tools.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework is desirable.
- Hardware-integrated or automotive diagnostic application experience is an advantage.
