Responsibilities

  • Design, build, modify, and maintain durable automated testing frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing with Jenkins or Harness and support execution triage, refactoring, and CI onboarding.
  • Develop reliable functional test automation and review automated test code for quality and standards compliance.
  • Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and strategies across multiple testing methodologies.
  • Document defects, execute test plans, provide manual testing when needed, and support debugging.
  • Collaborate with QE, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
  • Mentor team members, provide quality engineering leadership, and contribute to project estimation and planning.
  • Research and implement automation technologies while improving coverage, test stability, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA/SDET experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, Node.js, Mocha, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with Jenkins or Harness for test automation integration.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AngularJS and modern web frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience with GenAI, AI/ML, and advanced automation augmentation tools.
  • Preferred: experience with JIRA, Xray, qTest, and Allure Reports.
  • Preferred: experience testing enterprise platforms such as Workday and SAP.
