Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage small agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern development practices and oversee the technical implementation of digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures spanning legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Communicate complex technical topics in German and English while working with interdisciplinary and global teams.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline is required.
- At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development is required.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics is expected.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures is preferred.
- Broad technical expertise, interest in technology trends, flexibility, willingness to travel, and strong German and English communication skills are required.
