Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate identity security solutions through product presentations, technical demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept.
  • Validate standard customer use cases and finalize Designs of Record to establish solution fit.
  • Coordinate internal resources and resolve technical obstacles to keep proof-of-value projects moving to completion.
  • Troubleshoot technical roadblocks and maintain execution across standard customer engagements.
  • Advise technical stakeholders on platform capabilities, operational benefits, and compliance value.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data and share technical discoveries with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer-facing problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding of identity providers and directories such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, and Ping.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience with enterprise cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to integrate third-party enterprise software within complex, distributed infrastructure environments.
  • Fluency in German and English; French fluency is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for in-person customer meetings.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in IT cybersecurity pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Preferred qualifications include scripting experience, relevant security certifications, Cybersecurity or Identity Security experience, CyberArk/Idira platform experience, ZSP and JIT knowledge, and IAM/PAM experience.
