Responsibilities
- Design digital transformations for global companies by evaluating digital capabilities and conducting feasibility studies.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud, and microservices.
- Guide small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish DevOps and CI/CD approaches and oversee implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
- Use AI tools on client projects and support clients in building AI capabilities.
- Work with interdisciplinary, international teams and travel as needed.
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in business informatics or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and interest in developing AI fluency.
- Extensive technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
- Knowledge or project experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare is preferred.
- Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern IT architecture concepts is expected.
- Fluent communication in German and English.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global contexts and willingness to travel.
