Base Salary
$125k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and enhance enterprise automation solutions using RPA and AI.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that automate workflows.
- Build automation workflows with strong error handling and observability.
- Deliver scalable and supportable automation solutions.
- Implement automation solutions combining deterministic workflows with AI decisioning.
- Select appropriate technologies based on complexity and business value.
- Build and maintain integrations on AWS or enterprise integration platforms.
- Partner with teams to define integration patterns and dependencies.
- Support production automation solutions through issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Establish strong engineering practices for testing and documentation.
- Mentor software engineers and establish technical standards.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews for automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software or automation engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with RPA platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- 2+ years of experience developing AI solutions on platforms like AWS Bedrock.
- Strong experience in designing API integrations in AWS or enterprise platforms.
- Experience building production-grade automation workflows with a focus on quality.
- Strong understanding of enterprise APIs and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Current certifications in core automation platforms are required.
