Responsibilities
- Own the technical responsibility for supporting and developing generative AI demonstrators for business development.
- Research current generative AI trends and experiment with new tools and technologies.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on technical steering and quality assurance in data science and prompt engineering.
- Design and deliver internal training to deepen team knowledge and support continuous professional development.
- Attend relevant conferences and deliver presentations as an expert and company representative.
- Support the sales team with customer-acquisition presentations and pitches for technical solutions.
- Create architecture diagrams and concepts for generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a natural science subject.
- Fluent German and English communication skills and willingness to travel as part of consulting work.
- Experience developing generative AI models and applying them in real-world projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and think outside the box.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and experimentation with new tools and technologies.
- Very good coding and object-oriented software development skills using Python.
- Very good knowledge of Azure, AWS, OpenAI API, Aleph Alpha API, and Hugging Face.
- Ideally, experience with probabilistic modeling, text processing and NLP, transformers, conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, and operating local open-source foundation models with fine-tuning.
