Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Coupa, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Work with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop configurations, enhancements, and customizations within Coupa.
- Monitor system performance and resolve tickets, defects, and user requests.
- Support Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines.
- Follow security standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Coupa platform, including configuration and support.
- Strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business and end-user requirements into solutions.
- Experience supporting enhancement projects in an enterprise environment.
- Understanding of procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows within Coupa.
- Knowledge or experience with Zip is preferred.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
