Responsibilities

Provide production support for Coupa, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Work with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Develop configurations, enhancements, and customizations within Coupa.
Monitor system performance and resolve tickets, defects, and user requests.
Support Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems.
Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines.
Follow security standards, governance processes, and implementation best practices.

Hands-on experience with the Coupa platform, including configuration and support.
Strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting.
Ability to translate business and end-user requirements into solutions.
Experience supporting enhancement projects in an enterprise environment.
Understanding of procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows within Coupa.
Knowledge or experience with Zip is preferred.
Experience with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
