Base Salary
$345k - $399k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision for the CI/CD ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to understand their tech stacks and workflows.
- Maximize build reliability and efficiency to unlock significant productivity gains.
- Spearhead the adoption of AI and intelligent automation in development processes.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of engineering rigor and innovation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of solving complex issues at scale.
- Knowledge of build infrastructure automation and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience applying observability and data pipeline technologies.
