Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications tailored to business and application requirements.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions across the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Lead best-practice initiatives to improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery challenges.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with C# Programming Language.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
