Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from customer request and design through production.
- Collaborate with the CTO and ML research partners to bring agentic features into production.
- Build frontend surfaces including a browser extension recorder, workflow editor, and dashboard analytics for workflow execution.
- Design and build backend APIs and services powering the editor and integrating with Sola's AI orchestration and execution platform.
- Partner with product and design to create intuitive experiences for technical and non-technical users.
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs across the frontend and backend while shipping quickly.
Requirements
- Fluency in TypeScript, Python, and React.
- Strong client-side technology background and a deep focus on UI/UX quality.
- Experience building and operating production systems with high standards for reliability, monitoring, and performance.
- Ability to work across the frontend and backend and own features end-to-end.
- Willingness to work five days per week from the company's NYC office.
- Early-stage startup experience is advantageous.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Kubernetes, Temporal, Postgres, or DynamoDB is advantageous.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS features such as SCIM, RBAC, and audit logging, and enterprise integrations is advantageous.
- Expertise in browser extensions or session capture technology is advantageous.
- Ambition, creativity, and strong communication skills are advantageous.
