Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to understand requirements from mission-driven organizations and architect technical solutions.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to deployment partners throughout their Claude adoption journey.
Design and develop proof-of-concept applications and prototypes for specific use cases.
Create and deliver technical content for impact-focused audiences through events.
Build demos showcasing practical integration strategies for societal challenges.
Guide technical architecture decisions and help partners build advanced systems with LLMs.
Help organizations develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with engineering teams.
Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams.
Foster community engagement through technical office hours and impact-focused events.
Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and applications.

2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
Experience working with mission-driven customers like educational institutions and nonprofits.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience building production applications.
Expertise in LLM implementation patterns and evaluation frameworks.
Proven ability to develop technical prototypes and demos for social impact.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong technical communication skills for creating scalable content.
A passion for using technology to create positive societal impact.
