Responsibilities
- Lead presales and technical advisory activities for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze business needs and design end-to-end solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Define functional architectures and implementation approaches.
- Serve as a reference for strategic ServiceNow projects.
- Deliver client-specific demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Participate in RFP/RFI processes and prepare technical proposals.
- Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Communicate the business value and return on investment of the ServiceNow platform to clients and decision-makers.
- Stay current with ServiceNow ecosystem developments, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- More than six years of experience in ITSM, IT operations, risk, security, or IT governance environments.
- Experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its main modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM/GRC, Third-Party Risk Management, SecOps, and BCM.
- Knowledge of ITIL and reference frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
- Ability to interact with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- High level of English, with a minimum of B2 spoken English.
- ServiceNow certifications, digital transformation program experience, international experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships are valued.
