Base Salary
$94k - $127k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model customer requirements and customer-oriented business processes at sheet metal processing companies across North America.
- Advise customers on TRUMPF software products and develop concepts for their optimal use in manufacturing environments.
- Evaluate production processes, data flows, organizational structures, and the modular structure of software solutions.
- Create requirements, functional specifications, and high-level and detailed implementation concepts based on standard software.
- Develop solutions and coordinate requested customizations with internal development teams.
- Plan and support MES rollouts for US customers and deliver user training sessions and customer workshops.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles involving MES, ERP, CAQ, BDE, PLM, or related fields; consulting experience is an asset.
- Strong IT knowledge in manufacturing, quality management, Industry 4.0, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Business Administration, Business Informatics, and/or IT.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for customer meetings, workshops, and user training.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are welcome.
- Willingness to travel extensively within North America.
- Knowledge of sheet metal processing is a plus.
