Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug software for business and mission applications.
  • Apply software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
  • Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, and compile development documentation.
  • Analyze system capabilities and resolve questions involving program intent, output requirements, input data, programming techniques, and controls.
  • Ensure software standards are met and perform other assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI clearance and willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph are required.
  • The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident due to government contract restrictions.
  • A related bachelor’s degree with nine years of related experience or a master’s degree with seven years of related experience is required.
  • Experience developing multi-tiered or microservice applications is required.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google, is required.
  • Containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is required.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins, strong scripting experience, and Linux experience are required.
  • The candidate must pass pre-employment qualifications.
