Responsibilities
- Build and deliver equities trading services and execution components.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into developer workflows and trading tools.
- Prototype and productionize AI-driven features in collaboration with various teams.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead testing, deployment, and observability efforts for new features.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Drive cross-team projects to modernize execution infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in markets technology or trading technology.
- Experience as an AI-first engineer applying AI-driven approaches.
- Hands-on experience with production trading systems or execution platforms.
- Proven software development experience in Python, Java, and SQL.
- Regular use of generative AI tools in development workflows.
- Strong understanding of electronic equity market structure and trading workflows.
- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
- Experience profiling and optimizing low-latency systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
