Responsibilities
- Architect the mobile clinical experience for patients and providers.
- Leverage the Expo ecosystem to enhance mobile infrastructure.
- Design robust offline-first data synchronization strategies.
- Champion mobile user experience by focusing on app performance and accessibility.
- Integrate AI capabilities into mobile interfaces to streamline operations.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on React Native and Expo.
- Expertise in managing EAS builds and integrating complex native modules.
- Strong understanding of mobile state management and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring app reliability in production.
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
