Base Salary

$220k - $405k/yr

Responsibilities

Build agentic applications, features, and workflows for daily user use.
Lead vertical-specific products and AI-powered experiences such as a Personal CFO and Email Assistant.
Own pipelines, infrastructure, and connectors that bring user and enterprise data to agents and products at a 99.9% reliability bar.
Drive end-to-end full-stack projects, run parallel experiments, and improve adoption, retention, and revenue.
Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with AI, Design, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams.

6+ years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of rapidly shipping complex products end to end.
Demonstrated technical leadership through ownership of large, ambiguous projects and setting technical direction.
Strong execution, product judgment, and ability to translate user behavior and product opportunities into effective technical solutions.
Experience shipping multiple products and experiments in parallel and driving measurable outcomes.
Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar of a team.
Genuine interest in and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
Preferred domain expertise in finance, healthcare, legal, or operations.
Preferred experience building agentic product surfaces.
Preferred experience at a fast-growing startup or high-ownership engineering team.
