Base Salary

$130k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and architecture workshops and translate business, functional, security, data, integration, and operational requirements into target architectures and delivery roadmaps.
  • Architect and build solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Automate, Custom Connectors, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
  • Design enterprise extensions and integrations using PCF controls, TypeScript/React, Dataverse plug-ins, C#/.NET, Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven or API-led patterns.
  • Load and transform data into Dataverse and Azure Data Lake using Azure Data Factory and Power Platform Dataflows.
  • Define environment, identity, access, resiliency, performance, scalability, observability, supportability, governance, DLP, licensing, capacity, and Center of Excellence standards.
  • Lead agile delivery pods of Power Platform developers and integration engineers while mentoring developers, reviewing designs and code, and enforcing technical standards.
  • Establish CI/CD and ALM practices using Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, PAC CLI, and Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Oversee testing, production readiness, cutover, hypercare, operational transition, and resolution of complex platform and integration issues.
  • Present to executives and collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, security, infrastructure, data, operations, and Microsoft teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in IT/software engineering, including 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions and strong knowledge of architecture, governance, security, licensing, capacity, performance, ALM, and support models.
  • Strong hands-on skills in C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, REST APIs, PCF, plug-ins, and Azure services.
  • Experience leading agile pods, mentoring developers, reviewing designs and code, enforcing standards, and improving delivery quality.
  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, PAC CLI, Power Platform Pipelines, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and release management.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft AI Foundry is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code and adaptability to Power Apps Code Apps are valued.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Architecture-level Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and/or Microsoft AI, along with relevant developer or functional certifications.
