Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans for Databricks use cases in strategic customer accounts.
- Own technical delivery across onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
- Serve as the first technical contact for production and go-live questions and issues.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
- Develop execution plans covering use-case production, user enablement, product adoption, optimization, cost control, and executive governance.
- Navigate Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in data and AI.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
- Experience managing technical programs or projects, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
