Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across integrations, application components, and platform workflows.
- Design and develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Build and maintain integrations between Media Central, Business Central, and local or global media and finance systems.
- Define coding, branching, documentation, review, and engineering quality standards.
- Lead code reviews, coach developers and junior engineers, and guide complex technical problem-solving.
- Prepare technical designs, specifications, user stories, test cases, release notes, support guides, and other documentation.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through structured root-cause analysis and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Data, BI, Implementation, market, and vendor teams to align technical delivery with business requirements.
- Support unit, regression, and functional testing, including defect clarification and validation.
- Drive automation, reusability, standardization, performance improvements, and other continuous engineering improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of application development experience with deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of integration practices, scheduled data synchronization, and data transformation logic.
- Experience with technical architecture components, data flows, interface contracts, solution documentation, and technical specifications.
- Experience with user stories, test cases, design artefacts, version control, CI/CD, and modern DevOps-aligned workflows.
- Ability to lead and support developers through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, ownership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Desirable experience with PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, BI/ETL workflows, data reconciliation, and cross-system data dependencies.
