Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT needs and future goals into plans for cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy-system modernization.
- Lead teams of developers and mentor developers pursuing solutions architect careers.
- Develop and maintain technical strategies for application development and integration, including AI capabilities.
- Oversee contract application development work and present briefings and updates to government leads, partners, and customers.
- Report business-area progress, identify improvement opportunities, distill requirements, and track delivery progress.
- Provide technical need summaries to government program management and direct major technology assignments, milestones, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of developers.
- Experience with Node.js and listed technologies including TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, JSON, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, XML, VBA, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, or OpenAI.
- Ability to develop technical strategies, oversee application development, communicate requirements, and coordinate technical delivery.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of technical-field experience, or master’s degree and 12+ years of technical-field experience.
