Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Engineers.
- Build strategic relationships with technology partners and manage joint go-to-market and co-engineering initiatives.
- Design and deliver customer solutions, including support for RFPs, hands-on labs, proofs of concept, and technical wins.
- Collaborate with Channels & Alliances and internal teams to develop sales plays, joint offerings, marketplace integrations, and partner programs.
- Represent partner feedback to Engineering and Product Management to influence product direction and roadmap strategy.
- Provide player/coach technical and strategic support and act as a technology evangelist through blogs, industry events, and community engagement.
- Travel domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, leading, and managing solution engineering or alliances teams.
- Strong experience working with systems integrators, software and hardware partners, and cloud service providers.
- Experience managing joint business initiatives, co-sell programs, marketplace integrations, or similar go-to-market activities.
- Strong foundation in the big data ecosystem, including Spark, Hive, and Impala, and modern data management principles.
- Technical fluency with Kubernetes, Java, .NET, Python, and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Preferred: experience driving systems integrator go-to-market strategies or establishing cloud partnership programs.
- Preferred: solution architecture or engineering experience with whiteboarding, solution design, demonstrations, and hands-on technical work.
- Preferred: familiarity with GenAI and traditional AI concepts from a pre-sales perspective.
- Preferred: experience with NiFi, Kafka, Flink, HBase, or Cassandra.
