Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, test, maintain, enhance, and develop multiple application components across one or more clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand project requirements and integrate software components.
- Document technical specifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
- Work independently, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and participate actively in team discussions.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Japanese-language proficiency is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Japanese language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coding, testing, debugging, and software development lifecycle skills are required.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project demands is required.
- COBOL experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
