Responsibilities
- Build high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform for Sales, Service, and strategic workflows.
- Deliver model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and low-code Power Platform solutions.
- Develop secure customizations using C# plugins, custom connectors, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
- Own DevOps and application lifecycle management by automating deployments, managing managed solutions, and ensuring release quality.
- Collaborate with business and architecture stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable experiences.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, improve telemetry and platform health, and raise technical standards.
- Build secure business logic and integrations using REST APIs and Graph API.
- Set up and manage DevOps pipelines in an enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience building with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Deep technical understanding of Dataverse, Azure, plugins, business process flows, security models, and integration patterns.
- Confidence building with REST APIs and Graph API and delivering secure, scalable business logic.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, solution layering, and agile product development.
- Technical expertise setting up DevOps pipelines.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
