
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient full-stack software using scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
- Build Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven software components and integrate them into fully functional systems.
- Develop test plans, automated testing suites, flowcharts, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Apply security and privacy principles and execute full lifecycle software development.
- Oversee team development work and promote engineering best practices, rapid iteration, frequent releases, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support timely program-level delivery across systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- More than five years of full-stack technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation.
- At least three years of experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in AI coding.
- Experience developing test automation with Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- RDBMS knowledge is preferred.
- Test-Driven Development experience is preferred.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Knowledge or experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
