Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in SaaS and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones toward rapid growth and potential spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership while collaborating with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
