Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent business solutions combining Microsoft Power Platform and generative AI.
- Build enterprise copilots, agent-based solutions, automated business processes, and AI-driven user experiences.
- Design end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Integrate enterprise systems and data through REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Apply generative AI practices including prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval, content safety, hallucination mitigation, and response validation.
- Monitor, tune, and optimize LLM performance in production while collaborating with engineers and architects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Fx.
- Ability to design end-to-end Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, enterprise system integrations, and custom connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API-based integrations.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI platforms, prompt engineering, grounding, retrieval, content safety, and production optimization.
