
Senior Solution Architect – Agentic Sales Technology
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Own the architectural foundation for agentic selling across the full marketing-to-sales and prospect-to-cash pipeline.
- Design, build, and incrementally integrate production-grade multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, retrieval, grounding, and lifecycle-management patterns.
- Assess and simplify business processes before automation, rapidly prototype solutions, validate business value, and establish feedback loops and success metrics.
- Rationalize multi-technology landscapes, address integration gaps, and ensure agentic components are compatible with enterprise CRM, data, and routing systems.
- Influence architecture across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, and related enterprise programs.
- Practice and codify an AI-native development lifecycle using Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex, including AI-assisted reviews, documentation, testing, and delivery workflows.
- Act as a trusted architectural advisor to business partners, Product, Engineering, architecture organizations, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years building Salesforce solutions at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in agentic architecture, including multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, LLM integration, and agent lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex for AI-native development.
- Expertise in software architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed systems.
- Ability to assess and simplify business processes, rapidly learn unfamiliar domains, and deliver working software and architectural points of view.
- Preferred broad Prospect-to-Cash knowledge covering lead management, opportunities, quoting, ordering, and renewals.
- Preferred experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, data modeling, security models, cross-org architecture, and MuleSoft API-led and event-driven integrations.
- Preferred hands-on Agentforce experience with Agent Builder, agent topics and actions, Data Cloud RAG grounding, and deployment across Sales Cloud, Einstein Copilot, Service Cloud, and Slack.
- Preferred Data Cloud experience with unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activations.
- Preferred knowledge of MCP and A2A development, agent observability, buyer engagement or conversational intelligence platforms, and AWS agent infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, strategic execution, high agency, and comfort operating across rapid prototypes and complex enterprise programs.
