Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications using .NET/C#, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, and related technologies.
- Design and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices, serverless, and containerized architectures across AWS and Azure.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities, including LLMs, AI APIs, intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, and automation workflows.
- Serve as a technical advisor and primary technical interface for clients, leading solutioning sessions, architecture discussions, and technical briefings.
- Oversee secure, high-performance API development, interoperability, versioning, performance optimization, and cloud adoption.
- Lead CI/CD pipeline implementation, DevSecOps practices, testing strategies, performance monitoring, and system resilience improvements.
- Mentor developers, lead code and architecture reviews, and guide technical decision-making across multiple technology stacks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-centered applications.
- Ensure responsible AI use, data privacy, governance, secure application development, and cloud security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of full-stack web application development experience, including .NET/C# and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience working across multiple web technologies beyond .NET, such as Node.js or Python.
- Strong hands-on T-SQL experience, including queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and other database objects.
- Hands-on experience integrating or developing AI/ML capabilities and working with AI APIs such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure, including serverless architectures.
- Deep understanding of web architecture, microservices, and RESTful API design, plus experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, conduct reviews, and engage directly with clients.
- Knowledge of secure application development, cloud security, testing, performance, and coding best practices.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust before starting and U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS, Azure, or AI/ML certifications; production generative AI experience; Python experience for AI/ML workflows; DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation experience; and prior client-facing technical leadership experience.
