Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure the platform at manufacturing customer sites across France and Europe.
- Integrate the platform with MES, ERP, SCADA, and similar industrial or enterprise systems, writing integration code as needed.
- Own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers through deployment and go-live.
- Train operators, supervisors, plant managers, and other end users on the software platform.
- Represent customer feedback to the product team and identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and a track record of independently shipping production code across frontend and backend systems.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Experience owning technical relationships with enterprise customers through deployment and go-live.
- Experience training end users with varying technical skill levels on software systems.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer manufacturing facilities.
- Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, or similar systems is preferred.
- A manufacturing or industrial background is a bonus.
