Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code conversational flows integrating Google’s Conversational AI products with customer APIs, legacy data silos, live infrastructure, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, and networking.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points and turn them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and establish development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience deploying resources with Terraform or similar tools to automate agents, functions, or networking.
- Experience building full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures and developing external customer projects.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent systems, ReAct, self-reflection, agent debugging, tool-selection optimization, conversation tracing, enterprise knowledge bases, RAG chunking, and troubleshooting high-traffic systems.
Benefits
- France base pay is €104000–€106000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
