Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure the platform at customer manufacturing sites across France and Europe.
- Write integration code connecting the platform with MES, ERP, and SCADA systems.
- Train operators, supervisors, and plant managers.
- Own enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through go-live and long-term success.
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to the product team.
- Identify opportunities to expand the platform within customer accounts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and the ability to ship code autonomously.
- Fluency in French and English, with French required.
- Comfort working on-site at customer factory locations.
- Experience owning enterprise technical relationships end-to-end.
- Manufacturing, industrial technology, or systems integration experience is a plus.
- Forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting experience is a plus.
