Base Salary
$280k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the architectural direction for new products.
- Translate business and product strategy into technical roadmaps.
- Drive product development from 0-1.
- Ensure accountability for production outcomes, including reliability and performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and act as a force multiplier.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
Requirements
- Expertise in building customer-loved products and leading technical direction.
- Experience as a power user of coding agents.
- Track record of leading through influence as an individual contributor.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
