Base Salary
$280k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architectural direction for new products and design the next generation of AI-native developer tooling.
- Translate business and product strategy into long-term technical roadmaps and execution plans.
- Drive product development from 0 to 1.
- Own production outcomes including reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers and act as a force multiplier across the team.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces where the problem and solution both need to be defined.
Requirements
- Experience building customer-loved products and leading their technical direction from an early stage through broad industry recognition.
- Power-user experience with coding agents and familiarity with agentic development.
- Track record of leading through influence and shaping technical direction as an individual contributor.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to engineers, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
