Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Help organizations build cutting-edge AI applications by staying current with the ML development lifecycle.
- Guide customers through architecture designs for various environments including SaaS integration and security.
- Continuously learn and improve skills in software, computer vision, and machine learning.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on Labelbox’s products and methodologies.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities and forecast renewals.
- Manage onboarding and implementation for highly technical customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into new solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs and feature requests across various departments.
- Help drive customer references and case studies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or AI-related fields.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
- Prior experience leading LLM projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Passion for AI and the intersection of technology, product, and customer needs.
