Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their requirements.
- Lead technical discovery and product demonstrations.
- Translate business challenges into product configurations and implementation plans.
- Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs.
- Own the entire integration process from pre-sales to post-sale.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and product teams for seamless API integrations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software development or managing integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to various audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
