Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across Edge's product surfaces.
- Partner with product, design, and QA to scope and ship features end-to-end.
- Debug and resolve customer-facing issues in real manufacturing environments.
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to technical and architecture decisions for platform reliability.
- Take part in the team's on-call/support rotation for technical requests.
- Collaborate with embedded engineers on device integrations.
- Help evolve deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure practices.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript is required.
- Familiarity with API design and integration (RESTful services).
- Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging practices.
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with React, React Native/Expo, or Electron.
- Nice to have: Experience with MacOS and Windows platform development.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservices deployment.
- Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
