Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test the entire real-time control system from low-level firmware to input specifications.
- Take ownership of various robot embodiments, including industrial co-bot arms and custom hardware.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to translate output intentions into responsive robotic actions.
- Work with hardware partners to ensure optimal system dynamics and component performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in rigid body kinematics and robotic controls.
- Experience in bringing robots into production environments with high reliability requirements.
- Proficiency in high-performance, production-ready Python and C++.
- Familiarity with kinematics/simulation libraries.
- Experience with robotic middleware platforms such as ROS/ROS2/ZCM.
