Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in developer workflows.
- Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform for engineers.
- Own architecture and standards for evaluating and deploying AI tools.
- Improve onboarding and documentation for AI tool adoption.
- Stay updated on AI and developer-tooling trends to inform internal standards.
- Contribute to organizational AI enablement through learning programs and change management.
- Measure adoption and impact of AI tooling to prioritize future developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on developer tooling or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and shipping agentic solutions.
- Ability to build internal tools that make AI capabilities accessible to engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills to earn trust and co-create solutions with engineers.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with TypeScript and API design.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool-use patterns.
- Production experience with AWS and modern CI/CD practices.
- Interest in developer experience fundamentals and measuring engineering productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
