Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise applications, servers, storage, networked services, and Salesforce HealthCloud platforms.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and capacity across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, system, and application issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement new platforms and services and support platform upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
- Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Develop Salesforce solutions, Lightning Web Components, reports, integrations, and web services.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams on business and technical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Three to five years of experience as a systems engineer or in a related position is required.
- Proficiency administering enterprise systems and platforms, with strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers, data structures, and database systems.
- Intermediate scripting and automation skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of system monitoring, performance data, security concepts, and security-leading practices.
- Java experience is required; experience with Salesforce development, Lightning Framework, Lightning Web Components, relational database development, REST and SOAP web services, and APIs is required or preferred as specified.
- Salesforce Developer certifications such as Platform Developer 1 or 2 and Salesforce Administrator certifications such as Administrator 201 or 301 are preferred.
- Experience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server, Epic integrations, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint is preferred or desired.
