Base Salary
$100k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify and co-design AI opportunities.
- Build and ship user-friendly AI agents to automate workflows.
- Architect and develop the internal agentic AI platform.
- Stay updated on external AI trends to inform internal strategy.
- Contribute to AI enablement through learning programs and coaching.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering or AI solutions.
- Proven ability to build internal tools for non-technical users.
- Strong relationship-building skills with business leads.
- Proficiency in Typescript or similar, with API design experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Production experience with AWS or GCP and modern CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
