Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based Digital Workers.
- Collaborate with teams across UiPath to design and engineer product areas.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet customer expectations and quality requirements.
- Help establish effective and agile engineering practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them.
- Plan feature development and design system components.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java/Python programming experience.
- 1+ years experience in the B2B software or technology industry.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
