Responsibilities
- Drive the technical discovery process to align solutions with customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and architecture walkthroughs.
- Provide outstanding technical support across multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving Kubernetes and Argo CD.
- Contribute to the support playbook and internal knowledge base.
- Develop tooling and automation to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to relay customer feedback.
- Represent Akuity at conferences and community events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in development and operations.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and production-grade clusters.
- Professional experience with Argo CD and its patterns.
- Software engineering skills in languages like Go, Rust, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and GitOps principles.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
- Customer-first mindset with ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and systems thinking.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
