Base Salary
$110k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create functional and non-functional business requirement documents from client workshops and interviews.
- Design, review, and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution architectures.
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms aligned with business requirements.
- Develop integration strategies across different technologies and systems.
- Resolve technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify system risks, monitor performance, and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive architecture knowledge base.
- Contribute architectural insights to proposals and RFPs.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive specialty experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
- Expertise in enterprise AI architecture, AI transformation leadership, generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, AI safety, responsible AI, and secure LLM deployment.
- Experience with AI strategy and roadmap development, GCP, MLOps, model deployment and monitoring, microservices, enterprise integration, legacy modernization, predictive AI models, and Pega Decisioning Hub.
- Preferred experience includes Google Vertex AI, Gemini, NotebookLM, Salesforce CRM, distributed systems, telecommunications technologies, AI governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong client engagement, cross-functional leadership, executive stakeholder management, strategic planning, and proposal development capabilities.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
